Glasgow Poverty

64% of working age adults in poverty live in a household where at least one person works.

There has been a gradual rise over the last 20 years in the proportions of working age adults and children in working households affected by poverty. For example, since 2000 the proportion of children in poverty affected by in-work poverty has increased in Scotland from 42% to 66%.

GCF help people in all kinds of situations, including in-work households that cannot make ends meet or afford basic needs.
